Audio-Cult uses MailChimp® as an automation platform for electronic mailing campaigns and, for this purpose, has concluded a commissioned data agreement with MailChimp® as a commissioned data processor to safeguard your data. Our website is operated on servers of DigitalOcean, LLC located in NYC, USA (server owner). The server operated is located in Frankfurt, Germany (server location). No personal data is collected when using the Audioguide listening web application.
DigitalOcean has implemented numerous technical and organizational security measures to protect the stored data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction, theft and against access by unauthorized persons. The security measures are continuously adapted, updated and improved in line with technological developments.
Audio-Cult takes appropriate measures in its own area of responsibility to protect your data from unauthorized access by third parties. However, please note that hackers can read or change your data during data transmission if you do not protect your computer against unauthorized access (for example, by means of a virus scanner, firewall and regular security updates of the operating system and Internet browser).
UtuLab GmbH undertakes to treat all personal data received within the scope of the Audio-Guide Creation (Creator) as confidential. The data you provide to Audio-Cult will be treated confidentially.
